Welche Arten von Edelstahl werden zur Herstellung von Federn verwendet?

1) 304 stainless steel spring
Core characteristics:
Corrosion resistance: Because it contains more than 18% chromium and more than 8% nickel, it forms a dense oxide film, which enhances corrosion resistance.
Mechanical properties: The yield strength is 205 N/mm² and the tensile strength is as high as 520 N/mm², which ensures the strength and durability of the spring.
Temperature tolerance: It may be brittle below 196℃, but the high temperature tolerance can reach 575℃.
Application scenarios: Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and moderate price, it is widely used in industry, furniture, food and medical industries.
2) 316 stainless steel spring
Core characteristics:
Corrosion resistance: Better than 304 stainless steel, especially in sulfuric acid and chloride environments.
Heat resistance: It can be used intermittently below 1600℃ and continuously below 1700℃ without loss of performance.
Application scenarios: Especially suitable for occasions requiring high corrosion resistance in marine environments and chemical industries.
3) 631 stainless steel spring
Core characteristics:
High temperature performance: When the temperature reaches 316℃, the spring performance is still stable.
Mechanical properties: It is a high-strength, high-hardness stainless steel with excellent fatigue resistance.
Application scenarios: It is mostly used in the fields of machinery and medicine, especially in situations where high strength and corrosion resistance are required.
4) 302 stainless steel spring
Core characteristics:
Corrosion resistance: The high chromium content (17-19%) makes it excellent in corrosion resistance.
Elasticity and mechanical properties: It can remain stable during long-term compression and release.
Application scenarios: Occasions with frequent compression and release, such as automobile suspension systems.
5) 301 stainless steel spring
Core characteristics:
Strength and ductility: It has both high strength and good ductility, and is suitable for the production of complex shapes.
Corrosion resistance: It has certain resistance to most chemical media.
Application scenarios: Mechanical industry, electronic communications, automotive industry, medical equipment and other fields.
6) Stainless steel spring steel series (such as 3Cr13, 4Cr13)
Core characteristics: The martensitic structure gives it high strength and certain corrosion resistance.
Application scenarios: Spring manufacturing that requires both strength and corrosion resistance.
7) Silicon-manganese spring steel (60Si2Mn)
Core characteristics:
Elasticity and strength: The addition of silicon and manganese improves elasticity and strength.
Fatigue resistance: Suitable for high-cycle working occasions.
Application scenarios: Automobile suspension springs, leaf coil springs and other products that require high strength and fatigue resistance.
