PROTOTYPES
We use advanced CNC automatic spring forming machines and computer inspection equipment to produce various types of high-precision springs with wire diameters ranging from 0.1mm to 12mm, such as compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, snap springs, irregular springs, and various wire forming products.
(1) REQUIREMENT CONFIRMATION
The customer’s needs include the number of springs (wire forming parts), purpose, parameters such as size, material, load, use environment, etc.
We will make a preliminary evaluation of the customized solution based on the drawings provided by the customer. If there are no drawings, the customer needs to provide relevant photos of the samples, including all details such as specific size and material.
Of course, it would be best if the customer can also directly provide us with the spring sample to be produced.
(2) SOLUTION AND QUOTATION
After the production plan and quotation plan are agreed upon, we will sign a contract with you. We ensure that the terms of the contract are followed and the rights of customers are protected. After that, our staff will closely monitor the production progress of the springs (metal wire forms) to ensure that it will be delivered to customers on time. If there are production delays or other problems, we will communicate with customers in a timely manner and negotiate solutions.
(3) SPRING PRODUCTION
Confirm drawings of springs (wire bending parts) based on customer needs.
Based on processability, select appropriate processing equipment to ensure production stability and quality.
Select materials based on drawings to ensure that the raw materials are of good quality and meet international standards.Including steel wire, stainless steel wire, copper wire, aluminum wire, piano wire, etc.
Process raw materials into springs by twisting, rolling, cutting and other links.
Heat treat the springs to make them harder, tougher and longer lasting.
Perform surface treatment on the springs, such as degreasing, polishing, deburring, galvanizing, electroplating, etc.
(4) CONFIRM SAMPLES
If the customer needs it, we will provide spring (custom wire bending) sample quality inspection report and test report. Test and verify the custom-made spring, including elasticity test, fatigue life test, corrosion resistance test, etc., to ensure that it meets the customer’s requirements.
After receiving the sample, the customer will conduct product inspection. For example, appearance inspection, size inspection, quality inspection and installation inspection, etc., to ensure that the product meets the agreed quality standards.
(5) MASS PRODUCTION
We carry out mass production according to the production process of customized spring (wire forms) samples. By using batch raw materials and optimizing the production process, we can improve the production efficiency and further reduce the fixed cost allocation of a single product. The professional equipment and testing instruments used in mass production will improve our control over the quality of the springs and ensure that the finished product can achieve a balance in the process of fast production and high quality production.
(6) INSPECTION METHOD
It is necessary for the customer to conduct an inspection of the goods before making the final payment. Mainly including remote video inspection and on-site inspection. Remote video inspection utilizes video and audio tools for remote real-time evaluation, improving inspection efficiency, transparency, and flexibility, and reducing costs. On site inspection refers to the inspection personnel personally visiting the factory or warehouse for on-site inspection, which can visually evaluate the quality of the product. Customers can choose the appropriate inspection method according to their own needs.
